Members holding the rank of Major must realize that they are the connection between the clan and other clans. They will be given the responsibility and honor of being an ambassador between eN, their allies, perspective allies, and any other clans the Leadership feels necessary to be in contact with.

This is the point where ranks become much more difficult to acquire. Ranks from this point are only for those who have shown dedication and respect for not only the clan but also others. They are expected to be almost like a bridge between the Warrant Officers and the Officers.

As members become more experienced and show dedication to the clan they can be promoted to the rank of 1st Lieutenant. These members should have at minimum a common knowledge when it comes to bot work and should be able to answer any question that a new member or those visiting from other clans may have. They are expected to uphold the honor of eN and at this point realize that as an officer their actions represent not only them but the clan as a whole.

As this will be many members first officer position the main duties and responsibilities of those who are awarded this rank is to learn the inner workings of the clan and should have a basic concept of the history of eN. They must show the ability to use the bots but also the restraint to know when not to use the bots and when diplomacy is the best course of action.

The main role for a Chief Warrant Officer W4 is to insure that all new members are happy, this responsibility takes priority over any other responsibilities this member may have. W4

To be promoted to the rank of W. Officer 3 you as a member must show your ability to actively recruit and ensure the recruits stay in the clan. By this time members should be active enough to stay up to date on current events in eN. W. Officer 3 are the honest rank where recruiting is still a big part of their jobs, so that should be their main focus.

To be promoted to the rank of W. Officer 2 you as a member must show dedication to the clan and show your capability to recruit and stay active on forums and in the channel.

After 28 days in the clan, a sergeant is automatically promoted to Warrant Officer W1.

After 7 days as First private (21 days in clan), member will be automatically promoted to sergeant after they log in. Sergeants are expected to be taking an active role in the clan as they should by this point have a general understanding of the clan and its workings. Activity on the forums and in the channel are more than expected and are basically required.
