Donations
I - Why Donate?
Donations are to help and support the development, research and progress of Elite Nation. If you enjoy the services that eN has provided to you for free of charge solely for your entertainment, experience and enjoyment and wish to help the clan further survive. You may make any donations from as little amount of money to as much as you want. It is absolutely optional to make any donations, but we do hope you can contribute to our cause on progressing the clan.
II - How to Donate
At the current time the only way we have established donations is via PayPal. You will require a form of payment via Internet through PayPal easy transfers. Its quite simple to actually make a transfer and will only take a few minutes of your time.
III - Where does it go?
All donations will go towards the Elite Nation Donations Fund which is for the development, research and further progress of the web site and other development or hosting expenses. Our main goal is to buy a Web Hosting Account and keep it paid for every month and also to pay for the domain every year. If eN was ever to host it's own gaming servers for other games, we'd hope to be able to pay for that as well. For the time being the main concentration of all your donations will be forwarded to the future Web Hosting account for elitenation.net.
We are grateful and thankful for any contribution you might make.
Terms of Donations
Donating anything to Elite Nation means that you agree to the following terms:
Your donation was solely on your behalf and no party or organization as well as any individuals have influenced you in anyway to make the donation in return for any reward or accommodation that of which unless has been settled after the donation as a accommodation for your graceful action. The clan does not guarantee any promotion, reward, accommodation and/or any other virtual or physical object of a clan matter that will be given to you for your donation. Elite Nation Reserves the right to accommodate any member/person for his/her contribution on the sole basis for their actions not because they were provoked to donate for this reward. All transactions to the Elite Nation donation account holder(Behfar) are final and are non-refundable and are no way payments for anything other then pure donations and contributions to the Elite Nation gaming community, its services, hosting requirements and bills/payments it may have for the purpose of development, upkeep and expenses in regards to making the web site. There will be no negotiation of refunds or money return and Elite Nation does not guarantee any type of special treatment or guarantee of your membership without interruption of service due to the donator's failure to comply with the Member Agreement, Terms and Services and Elite Nation's Regulations. Making any type of donation for any amount is your sole decision and is only suggested to help the clan going every day.
Donation Policy
Elite Nation reserves the right to accept any donations from any individual who has chosen on his own behalf to contribute to our community. No payment made to Elite Nation or its official affiliated employees (development staff, web site hosting staff, ect.) are refundable or returnable under any reason. All payments are final!
Elite Nation does guarantee that at donator's choice he/she will be reorganized by Elite Nation for his/her contributions. The donator has the right to request anonymous status of his/her name, amount donated, or both. Elite Nation will only recognise donators that have identified some type of "id" during their transaction, and if the donator was not made clear to Elite Nation during the transaction he/she may be verified as the donator at a later time. All donations made to Elite Nation are the sole choice of the contributor and was not in anyway influenced to contribute or make bribes for any affiliated/associated materials, ranks, rewards, ect.
